SUMMARY:THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION.This position is responsible for the supervision of production Team Members; for quality, safety, and any additional assignments deemed appropriate by management for this position. The individual in this position must work closelywith the management team in achieving objectives; accept full accountability, assignments and day-to-day department responsibility; ensure compliance with all human resource and safety policies, food safety, sanitation and all other dutiesas d etermined by management.REQUIREMENTS:Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.Experience At least one (1) year experience in the pork or Beef industry. Experience on Slaughter/Kill Floor preferred. Must have general knowledge of production operations and techniques; food safety; product yields, and USDA regulations.Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
