Supply Chain Coordinator

Founded in 1818, the company is headquartered in White Plains, New York.The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for managing inventory, customer transitions, customer service, and continuous improvement projects in order to implement Bunge North America strategies in an efficient and effective manner. This position will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.Core Functions:Optimize warehouse efficiency by publishing and analyzing aging and expired inventory reportsManage supplier material inventory levels in order to make sure customer service levels are met without excessive packaging costsCreate, analyze, and manage monthly customer services analysis that are used as an internal benchmark to review how effectively Bunge services customersManage customer transitions through effective communications between the Sales and Operations teams in order to create a seamless transition with minimal impact to our Customers and Operations teams.Lead medium to large continuous improvement projects which vary in complexity to establish or upgrade current processes in support of best in class supply chain management.Collaborate with the Co-Pack Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound oil movements for 3rd party warehouses, bulk break facilities, and co-packersBe an integral member of the weekly S&OP meeting team by compiling the deck, following up on action items, and taking the lead on key tasks to make sure that any weekly changes/challenges are addressed and resolved.Support Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams daily by running reports, responding to emails timely, and communicating changes/decisions as necessarySkill/Experience Requirements:Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics, Operations Research, Agriculture Economics, or related business discipline required.One plusyears related work experienceStrong ability to communicate well, analyze data, work collaboratively across multiple departments, multi task, and work with ambiguitySAP, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills as well as experience with reporting tools such as Tableau and BW a plusBunge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
