Position PurposeDrive design and implementation of supply chain excellence for GEOS by participating as one of a small global supply chain development team charged with the deployment of best practices across the integrated supply chain.? ?Responsible for leading deployment across one of three GEOS regions (NA, LATAM (including SA, Mexico, Venezuela) and EMEA). Provide regional program leadership for deployment of the supply chain excellence strategy.? Lead complex SC and business analytics for GEOS regionally and globally. Team will work together to set global process standards and regional flexibility. The regional positions will be responsible for leading full deployment and implementation of supply chain excellence in their region, providing leadership for a key process globally, and opportunity identification in their region.? ?Develop strategies to drive performance at a global and regional level through collaboration with the global supply chain leader, a global supply chain development team, and regional supply chain leaders. Identify and drive implementation of future state GEOS supply chain processes in their regional and associated technology, partnering with IT.? Use advanced analytical and continuous improvement techniques to identify opportunities, solutions and strategies.?This position will be considered a subject matter expert in the supply chain management space with extensive and deep knowledge to independently conduct more complex activities across a global, regional or multi-country scope. This includes: holistic assessment considering internal and external perspectives, comprehensive mapping, clear breakdown of results into decision-making processes such as network design and optimization, project leadership, continuous improvement, process development, inventory strategy and segmentation, customer & client interaction / business partnership, systems/data management and reporting & analysis.? They will need to be able to lead through influence and their expertise the leadership of the region.Principal Accountabilities(65%) Lead the design & implementation of the GEOS supply chain excellence strategyLead the design and application of global and regional processes to deliver the supply chain strategy within the region.? Regional scope includes for each region (inventory values >$200M, locations 10+, revenues of $1.5B +). Will work as part of global team in designing the future and deploying capability.Provide program and project management support for the regional strategy and process implementations.Develop SC strategies and recommendations to drive step change opportunities in the GEOS supply chain in support of particular regions (working with global supply chain leader, global and other regional supply chain advisors and supply chain regional leaders). Drive implementation of identified strategies to deliver business results.Develop implementation plans and change roadmaps to deliver our three year supply chain strategyDevelop & manage SC project portfolio management process in support of strategy and CI improvements within a region.Utilizing an extensive understanding of supply chain practices and procedures, reviews and monitors processes and metrics, and ensures best practices are identified and shared between locations and regions.? Creates process workflow diagrams and RASCI schemes, and communicates best practices through trainings, workshops and documentation.Partner with IT to develop and implement system strategies in support of the SC project portfolio and strategy.Drive development and implementation of our supply chain digitalization strategy within a region.(20%) Lead complex SC and business analytics for GEOS to identify opportunities to drive performance in support of the global business or the individual regionsDevelops, executes and implements more complex projects and process improvements across the integrated supply chain to drive step change and continuous improvement to current excellence standards across the organization(15%) Uses broad knowledge to evaluate the network design and optimization for a region.Including value chain mapping and other optimization, prediction and analytical techniques to determine, outline and value opportunities and impacts to the business.??Develop implementation plans and approach to drive implementation. Provide project and program leadership to drive implementation in the region.?Skills:
Minimum Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in a technical (engineering, mathematics, supply chain) or business field?8+ years work experience at least 5 in supply chainStrong analytical capability including experience in process mapping, project and program management, implementing and leading changeStrong ability to lead through influence and work with different culturesMasters preferred
