Thisposition coordinate supply chain strategies forMulti-Channel Seed (MCS) brands in collaboration with supply chain functions toimprove supply and demand planning efficiency and execution. The role manages crop and packaging demandcollection, monthly packaging and shipping targets, and obsolete/surplusmanagement. This person will providedirection and visibility on supply related issues to brands. The Supply ChainPlanner also partners with the MCS product team to implement PLM best practicesdriving responsible growth. Position duties will include:Demand Management: (35%)Communicatekey collection processes and timelines driving accurate signals for parentseed, new advancements, commercial production, and financial assumptions. Participatein crop plan developmentReconcilebrand product line targets to insure accuracy of supply projectionWorkproactively with management to determine and implement product life cycledecisions, including obsolete/surplus management, product counts, andproduction minimums.Ensuresalignment of demand to sales targets and risk factor strategies Supply Planning (25%)Update monthly targets based on currentdemand assumptionsEnsure packaged volumes meetdistribution needsReview supply plan with brand andsupply chain leaders Support MCS brand SalesTeam: (15%)Understandand support sales channel strategic direction on technology and go-to-marketstrategies.RepresentIntegrated Operations key initiatives, responsibilities, and deadlines.Responsibleto facilitate CU objectives and process implementation Analyzeand share information for effective brand decision making.Provideinput to Product/Technology positioning teams. Analysis / Measures andMetrics: (15%)Assist in the development of performance metrics, gatherfeedback, and develop goals for continuous performance improvement.Proactively analyze and provide improvementrecommendations addressing performance gaps to leadership team.Updateand communicate performance metrics for daily department board and monthlysupply review meetings.Provide analysis around supply balance, D&O Accruals, and surplus utilization throughout the year.Monitorsdemand signals and distribution targets ensuring alignment to targets. Process Standardization/ Innovations: (10%)Developmentof standardized management processes across brandsExecution/ monitoring of standardized management processes across brandsProactivelyseek out, develop, support, implementation of innovation creativity Lead MCS Integration projects,continuing our journey to One Corteva.Qualifications:To be qualified for this role, you mustpossess the following:Bachelor?s degree in Supply Chain Management, AgriculturalBusiness/Economics, Marketing, Agronomy or related field.Minimum of 5-7 years progressively responsibleexperience in managing a specific crop, field sales, research, marketing,information management or supply management. A combination of these experiencebases is preferred. Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skillswith the ability to interact, persuade, influence and negotiate.Demonstrated knowledge of ag business includingsupply/demand planning.Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of agricultureseed products including performance, positioning and placement.Demonstrated understanding of the agriculturesales and production process.Demonstrated ability to understand needs of thebusiness and proactively identify opportunities for improved productutilization.Demonstrated organizational skills, ability tohandle stress and manage heavy workloads at peak business times of year.Demonstrated ability to manage through changeand organizational challenges to maintain satisfied customers and obtainbusiness goals.Demonstrated ability to take initiative andmanage conflict.Demonstrated strong written communication skillsDemonstrate the ability to communicate orally ina professional and effective manner with strong negotiating capability.Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach,counsel and develop SSS team members.Demonstrated computer aptitude with competencyin Excel and quantitative analysis.Demonstrated computer aptitude with competencyin PowerPoint for presentations We are excited to announcethat Corteva Agriscience? is the name of the new Agriculture Divisionof DowDuPont?.
