This position is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and scheduling Orientation when needed.
Manages entire recruitment process including developing and updating job descriptions, posting positions, and working closely with managers to facilitate screening, interviewing and calibration processes.Leads new hire on-boarding processes Administers and interprets company policies to workforce Administers FMLA,
Maintains and updates employee records as well as report generation by period and compiles metrics reports Leads employee focused events and functions while keeping a pulse on culture and employee satisfaction Assists in employee relations and employee investigations Assists and supports all HR activities/duties as neededComputer skills include Microsoft Office Applications, SAP, (Time and Attendance), BrassRing (recruitment application) and Electronic I-9 System.
Assist with tracking annual training.
Assist with Harassment & Discrimination investigation and EA system.
Assist with Workers? Comp, representing Tyson at Unemployment Appeal hearings; assist with ADA Policy and FMLA Laws.
Create various reports for production pertaining to staffing. Assist with supervision Shift Nurses and Security.
As well as supervise Human Resources Administrators, Benefits Counselors, and performing other responsibilities as the need arises. Responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring complete documentation; interpreting and administering policies in a fair and consistent manner; managing the Team Members retention program; compiling information regarding the plant's Affirmative Action Plan; Assist with Workers? Comp, representing Tyson at Unemployment Appeal hearings; assist with ADA Policy and FMLA Laws. Conduct various reports relevant to Human Resources. Assist with supervision Shift Nurses and Security. I have strong oral and written communication skills.
Conduct investigation to ensure fair treatment under the Harassment and Discrimination Policy/Ethics Policy.
