SVP AgDirect

Provide team leadership for the AgDirect Program and team leaders. Serve as a coach and mentor to the respective AgDirect team leaders by selecting and developing talent, establishing expectations for effective team leadership, inspiring a shared vision that aligns with the Associations’ Strategic Framework, and influence leadership decisions that assure AgDirect Team performance meets or exceeds business plan goals.The Senior Vice President-AgDirect will serve as a key relationship manager for existing and prospective AgDirect Association Partners, AgriBank and CoBank/Farm Credit Leasing, focused on AgDirect business objectives. Incumbent will be instrumental in on-boarding of new AgDirect Association Partners.
