Position Summary: ADM has an opportunity for a results oriented experienced Systems Analyst in its Global Infrastructure team. The ADM IT department supports numerous application systems for its core business functions.
The successful candidate must be a highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, complex, global environment and must have proven measurable experience with all aspects of a major system deployment.Job Responsibilities: You will engage in IT Operations and Problem Management where you will support and maintain various compute systems, functioning within various environments and configurations to drive systems availability and reliabilityCoordinate with the service desk to provide workarounds and resolutions on escalated or re-occurring incidentsDesign, implement and Maintain appropriate monitoring, backup and patching regimens for all included systems Work with business units and other IT Departments to gather requirements, design and propose support solutions Work with interdepartmental team members to determine how applications are supported in production, including back-ups, disaster recovery and system performanceDrive continuous service improvements by recognizing opportunities and communicate those to the infrastructure process ownerYou will deliver vendor management for those services that are externally supportedExpected to schedule staff as needed to accomplish support and work related tasks and projects.
