Talent Acquisition Manager (North America)

*This position can be based in Minneapolis, MN or Wichita, KSAs a member of the North America Global HR Solutions (GHRS) team, the North America Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants and Specialists to deliver full-cycle recruiting services for experience/exempt level positions.?The successful candidate will lead and execute experienced recruiting strategies that are aligned with Cargill?s strategic intent to drive the sourcing, recruitment, selection and hiring of qualified, diverse talent.?In partnership with other Talent Acquisition leaders, this individual will be responsible for the delivery of the experienced recruitment strategy for North America, working with the Talent COE to identify and deliver appropriate solutions, leveraging existing global solutions and service providers where appropriate.? The incumbent will also be responsible for working closely with the GHRS Business Relationship Managers, NA Market Leads, CBS and Business HR, in delivering the ?continuum of services? across all businesses in NA and measuring the quality and performance of such solutions. The selected individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional value by building and enhancing a dynamic experienced recruiting approach that includes diverse, top talent quality, managing acquisition speed and optimizing recruiting spend while ensuring legal compliance.?This candidate will support, develop and coach a team of experienced recruiters to ensure internal client needs are met and individual team members are fulfilling their career potential.? The selected candidate will strategically position Cargill as the employer of choice.?This position will provide leadership in advancing Cargill?s experienced recruitment initiatives. ?The successful candidate will develop and execute against strategies that support Cargill?s long-term business objectives around talent management. Being results oriented, relationship focused, and metrics driven are critical for success.30% Business Leader:Lead a NA Talent Acquisition experienced recruiting team to deliver solutions and services that help Cargill create a talent-based competitive advantage.?Develop strategies to support and align Cargill businesses? staffing objectives with consultative support in the areas of staffing strategies and sourcing recommendations.Partner with key stakeholders to develop experienced recruiting programs, using defined processes that meet the needs of Cargill?s businesses and functions.Benchmark and leverage best practices within experienced-level hiring, development and retention.? Identify emerging trends. Develop and implement innovative experienced recruiting strategies and practices.Identify new talent sources and evaluate current sources to assess effectiveness.Coach experienced recruiting team members on providing strategic and consultative services to their clients.Lead and support employment branding initiatives for experienced recruiting.?25% Talent Leader/People Manager:?Lead a diverse team of experienced recruiting resources to provide relevant, effective delivery of talent acquisition services to Cargill?s businesses and functions.??Leader for staffing, performance management coaching and development of an experienced recruiting team.?Establish rapport with team members and continue to assist them with achieving their career goals, both business and developmental.?Assist with succession planning, as needed.?Effectively lead teams to high performance and build world class talent?Ensure teams are deployed and operational to achieve desired resultsDefine and monitor performance and service quality metrics in alignment with Global HR Solutions and Talent & Performance COE strategic objectivesProvide strategic thought leadership to accelerate the development of key talent, increase employee engagement and drive high performance within the delivery teamOversee team of contractors who augment the talent acquisition experienced full-time team.?15% Change Leader:? ??Interface with regional HR Solutions, HR COE?s, HR Business Partners and HR CBS centers to deliver talent acquisition services and solutionsRepresent domain in prioritization activities and escalations in the broader market services areaProvide geography feedback into services priorities to ensure regional and global adoptionPromote the use and implementation of tools/technologies within the domain to gain efficiency in delivering HR solutions?15% Relationship Management:?Collaborate with Cargill businesses to develop recruiting strategies, provide staffing expertise and drive to attain hiring objectives.Ensure internal client needs are met.? Communicate needs to experienced recruiting team to ensure we are collectively driving initiatives to meet Cargill?s business objectives.Develop and manage internal/external networksLead experienced recruiting team members to establish valuable partnerships with key internal and external stakeholdersProvide leadership to experienced recruiting team members to address client15% Value Leader:?Manage experienced recruiting budget and service level agreements with internal clients.Define critical success measures and track progress against measures.Ensure delivery is compliant regionally with laws, regulations, and corporate policiesEnsure application of standard policies, coordinated globallyDefine and monitor key performance metrics that drive high performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement#LI-JK1<
