We have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Aquisition Partner in our Talent and Culture Organization at our new state-of-the-art headquarters, located in beautiful Boise, Idaho. This is a new position in a highly collaborative group that crosses talent acquisition and talent management boundaries to provide value throughout the talent lifecycle.
Position VisionTo partner and lead the organization in attracting, acquiring and developing talent through effective talent acquisition and talent management strategies that create value for our stakeholders and a positive experience for our candidates.
Collaborates with business and HR stakeholders to understand the business forecast and build the acquisition strategy and action plan
Partners with designated stakeholders and manage end to end portfolio recruiting, inclusive of setting the acquisition strategy, marketing, sourcing, assessment, selection and offer management
Promotes organization and markets opportunities; develops stakeholders into marketing ambassadors
Develops internal and external pipelines for critical and hard to fill roles, within or across portfolios o Develops and manages internal pipelines by collaborating with COE, HR and business stakeholders, utilizing talent management programs, teams and processes to identify, leverage and maintain the pipeline o Develops and manage external pipelines through strategic market and technical channels, team collaboration and technology
Effectively manages candidate relationships, act as a candidate advisor and builds rapport that delivers a lasting positive candidate experience
Participates in developing key processes and delivers consistent talent acquisition practices; demonstrates ability to flex and adapt practices based upon the business environment
Engages, educates and trains the organization to effectively participate in the talent acquisition process
Identifies and supports continuous improvement activities and initiatives across the function
Identifies, shares and implements best practices within the discipline
Manages external agency relationships
Leverages technology and metrics to deliver talent acquisition objectives
Bachelors degree
4-6 years relevant experience, SR level requires 7-10 years relevant experience
Manage recruiting lifecycle
Ascertain market intelligence
Utilize business acumen
Understands current and forward looking sourcing and marketing methods
Manages candidate and stakeholder relationships
Collaborates across boundaries
Forecasts needs and implements workforce plans
Manages internal talent pools and teams
Sources candidates and develops talent pipeline
Markets and promotes content across multiple media platforms
Leverages technology
Leads and influences organization and leads change
