We currently have a Talent Sourcer / Researcher position available at our Corporate Headquarters in Boise, ID.

SUMMARY To provide strategic sourcing and marketing intelligence in support of attracting and acquiring talent across a broad set of portfolios. To build, engage and manage internal and external pipelines aligned with the business talent strategy as part of our talent management efforts. RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with Talent Partners and key stakeholders to plan for future workforce; develop internal and external pipeline strategies for business portfolios; execute strategies and maintain pipelines.Integrate information, insights and trends from Talent and Business Partners to develop more comprehensive approaches to acquiring needed talent.Act as a key adviser who influences the business talent acquisition strategy through deep knowledge of the organization, external talent markets and engagement practices.Participates in recruitment planning discussions with client facing recruitment peer, business and HR Partners.Support Talent Partners by developing and executing marketing and sourcing plans for key positions, requisitions or strategic talent pipelines.Source, qualify and deliver robust candidate slates using multiple methods and effective technologies.Research and evaluate the external marketplace to maintain awareness of competitive practices, leverage best practice methods and process improvements.Build organizational capabilities to support talent acquisition campaigns marketing plans and initiatives that promote opportunities and the Simplot Talent Brand.Act as subject matter expert for networking, CRM, on-line/social media marketing and sourcing techniques; share best practices and new technologies, educate and train Talent Partners.Lead projects as related to talent acquisition initiatives such as development of candidate sell sheets, position segmentation analysis, and talent landscape profiles for specific positions.Use and maintain performance data, predictive analytics and ROI reporting.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree from 4 year college or university5 – 7 years, position relevant experience. Recruiting lifecycle. Strategic sourcing methodologies and techniques. On-line/Social Media channels, promotion practices, content marketing. Business acumen and market intelligence. Capabilities: Candidate relationship management (CRM), Market mapping, Pipeline development, Candidate assessment, Candidate presentation, Collaborate across boundaries, Forecasting and workforce planning, Internal talent pool management, Leverage technology, data and analytics, Leading and influencing.Combination of education, training and/or experience will be considered for this position.
