Team Performance Manager
SUMMARY: This position will serve as the customer team financial, analytical and process expert, and ensure team performance goals are met within established budgetary guidelines. Responsibilities include: drive trade efficiencies with small format customers and advise customer team of risk and opportunities within the business to maximize customer's results; manage audit control points to ensure SOX compliance; coordinate JBP plan process, and help drive strategy and financial forecasts. Other responsibilities include: accountable for driving customers team compliance of financial performance( volume, net sale, gross margin, trade spending, fuel for growth, forecast accuracy, deductions); own customer team and JBP score card responsibilities including period updates and maintenance; key member in the development of the strategic plan, This position is also responsible for annual operation plan, and execution of the joint business plan; support VP of sales and directors in building annual team operating budget & monitor period actuals; understand and leverage customer financial dynamic, interfacing with small format customers, as appropriate. Additional requirements include: ensuring that our trade systems are updated with accurate information; act as a team expert and trainer on TRACE and other trade system tool; conduct post promotion analysis review results and development recommendations with the team to maximize trade return on investment; generate “best practice” tools to create a “lean” reporting environment within the team; responsible for collaborative relationship and communication with sales planning, customer marketing, and brand finance and managing deductions and account receivable at small format customers; other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:Education: Bachelor's degree.Experience: 5+ years of industry knowledge; experience in data and systems management with proven analytical skills.
