The Technician, Lab reporting directly to the Manager, EHS&S/Lab, will be responsible for organizing and conducting the daily activities of the plant analytical laboratory, including collecting, analyzing and interpreting lab results on plan processes to ensure quality assurance and quality control. Key Tasks:Analyze daily shift samples and raw materials as necessaryWork in all areas of the plant where needed, which includes climbing stairs, working in extreme environments at times and un-even surfacesPrepare samples to be analyzedMaintain Lab & equipment Compile data and generate reports Possess strong written and verbal communication skills Be willing to enhance personal skills through training both onsite and offsiteBe on time and ready to go to work at the designated work time each day with behaviors and attitudes that support a High-Performance Safety CultureEnsure safe and efficient work practices and adhere to safety and environmental policiesWork with minimal supervision and self-motivatedWork as a productive team member and support continuous improvementComplete progression training as required and within time lines outlined by BNOBe available for call outs after hours and on holidays if needed.
