As TGRC Enterprise Risk and Security Senior Advisor, you are?accountable for driving strategy and approach for the global TGRC organization including but not limited to automation, application security and core IT processes and policies for the Cargill enterprise.? This position must also partner with the TGRC and Global IT leadership teams to strengthen the global Cargill Cybersecurity and operations strategy and lead the strategy through implementation. This role will provide a broad vision, clarity, and understanding about the complexities of protecting a global organization against the growing areas of cyber security threats. The position will support integrated problem-solving, including identifying linkages between initiatives, resolving competing priorities and challenging the Global IT organization to operate in a coordinated way. ?
The?Senior Advisor?will serve as the Program Manager Lead for process, data and technology projects with the highest cost and risk, including include overall program/project management, supporting workload guidance and advisory, ensure Cargill stakeholder accountability, creation of documentation and KPI reporting, project leadership, project planning, project execution, project control, and business results across all domains (for example, Cybersecurity risk, compliance, infrastructure, applications, data, and identity management).? This role demands a strong leader who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization globally. The project lead role is an empowered leader who must drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems, and lead a team of SMEs. ?
The position has the primary responsibility to ensure initiatives produce the desired business benefits and value. As a result, this individual must be comfortable dealing with conflict, seeking common ground and partnering at any level of the organization. ?
The need for this position is imperative to strengthening the Cybersecurity capability which has been identified as a critical area for growth and specialization within Global IT?s scope to protect broader Cargill against the criminal or unauthorized use of networks, computers, programs and data from attack, damage or unauthorized access.
40% Leadership and Strategy Alignment?
Develop and execute comprehensive, actionable, and targeted change management plans for changes that span across people, process, and technology, including communication, development and management of resistance
Develop and execute the consolidation and rationalization of frameworks and work processes within the TGRC organization and the integration into the broader Cargill work stream
With the Chief Information Security Officer, TGRC Leadership and Global IT leadership, develop the TGRC work plans to accomplish agreed strategies, plans and objectives
Develop and execute the strategic workforce planning initiative
Provide clarity to strategies and initiatives that span multiple disciplines and need a connected view of progress and value
Provide leadership to accomplish integrated development and execution of the overall TGRC approach
Develop the strategy and approach for the global TGRC organization including but not limited to automation, application security and core IT processes and policies
Provide insights and clear vision of the broad portfolio of TGRC initiatives, enabling TGRC leadership to prioritize initiatives
Initiates and supports quality management activities and performance management measures to provide value add solutions that meet the needs and requirements of the function and business20% Stakeholder Management Maintain a deep understanding of key stakeholders and associated planning for stakeholder management
Serve as a liaison for TGRC
Serves as an ?agent of change? to work closely with TGRC, Global IT, and CET leadership to lead the development of TGRC initiatives and strategies across the enterprise
Provide leadership to Enterprise and Shared Service Technology Risk and Control Managers to help ensure enterprise alignment of TGRC strategy and plans across the businesses and functions20% Program Execution Act as a strategic thought leader to tackle most complex issues and broken processes to fix what needs fixing and drive expected value
Strategic planning through driving execution for resolution of highly complex, time sensitive, globally significant issues
Lead the continued evolution of the Technology Risk Management Framework and TGRC operating model
Champion and sponsor enterprise programs to integrate cybersecurity at the core of processes
Drives the analysis and design of TGRC solutions to align with business and IT strategies, value creation, and industry trends
Independently keeps up-to-date on industry architecture frameworks, methodologies, tools and trends. Determines if/how these frameworks and methodologies can be applied to Cargill20% People Management
