Temporary HR Coordinator (Boise, Idaho)
Summary:Responsible for the daytoday administrative support forHuman Resources covering several or all of the following areas:
HRIS data input and maintenance, disabilityprograms, recruiting, and special events. May conduct research within welldefined parameters and compilestatistical data for management's use. This is a nonexempt position.

Completes HRIS data input for new hires, job transfers,promotions, terminations, retirements, and other HRrelated changes.
Maintains accuracy of all HRIS data. Interacts with Payroll on payissues, deductions, transfers, promotions and demotions.
Creates employee offer and promotion letters for managers.
Assists with administration of transitional return to work, FMLAand STD programs.
Coordinates drug testing.
Assists with organizing special events and training.
May assist with annual and quarterly EEO/Affirmative ActionProcess and other projects as assigned.
