CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Energy Division at our Chippewa Falls Petroleum Terminal located in Chippewa Falls, WI. We are looking for a Terminal Operator to operate a Light Products Petroleum Terminal including receipt of products, oversight of product quality and testing, inventory maintenance, environmental compliance, loading and unloading of trucks and rail cars. You must be a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a commitment to quality, accuracy and the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong commitment to safety and the ability to work in both a team environment and on self-directed tasks are necessary.
Document and accurately measure movement of petroleum product through the terminal.Provide for efficient 24/7 operation of loading rack by maintaining rack equipment, additive systems, and training truck drivers using the loading rack.Provide for efficient operation of the rail car loading facility by maintaining loading equipment systems (where applicable).Coordinate pipeline and additive receipts to maintain a consistent product supply and product quality.Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including respirators.Perform other duties as needed or assigned.Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.Ability to be on call during non-business hours for pipeline and terminal related issues. Live within 30 minutes travel time of the terminal.
