COME GROWWITH CORTEVA!! We are searching for apassionate Territory Manager for our St. Louis Territory! The Territory Manager representsCrop Protection to promote existing products and services and prepare customersfor new technologies in an assigned territory.  They are the primarycontact with retailer accounts and their sales organization. This position cultivatesrelationships with key influencers in the territory, key retail sales personneland others in agronomic leadership positions in the territory, and collaborateswith the Pioneer seed field sales organization, and works innovatively in theterritory to attain increased levels of support for crop protection products Duties & responsibilitiesinclude:Builds and maintains relationships with retail accounts inalignment with area sales strategiesAligns sales performanceexpectations with retail accounts and delivers necessary technical skills andinformationCollaborates with retail accounts toeffectively communicate and deliver the value proposition of crop protectionproducts and services to meet customer needs  Develops retail account plans tomeet territory financial goalsEducates retailers and keyinfluencers on the agronomic benefits of products and services Actively gathers and communicatesmarket trends, retail account needs and product gaps allowing commercial teamto create or modify product offerings and marketing programsServes as voice of customercommunicating retail feedback to commercial teamQualifications:Do you have theQualifications we are looking for?          Bachelor's degree in Agronomy,
Business, Marketing required, will consider other degrees with related
field sales experience. Minimum 2-5 years of marketing and/or sales experienceAgricultural
background and experience highly preferredAgronomy knowledge preferredSeed and/or crop protection experience beneficialProven capabilities in negotiating, influencing, conflictresolution, and overcoming objections Passionate about building long term relationships withpartners and customers and to develop solutions to satisfy/retain.Previous
experience managing budgets helpful Proficient
