That's why Buy Sod is truly the Professionals' Source for Superior Selections and World-Class Service.??The Role: TERRITORY MANAGER?Purpose:This position is an experienced Territory Manager, responsible for developing and implementing sales performance results in alignment with sales objectives for the region.?In this Role You Will:Manage the existing and potential customer accounts within the assigned region to help grow market share.Be responsible for securing and growing the golf, athletic, landscape and retail customer business, with an emphasis on golf and athletics.Assist with internal and external product training, trouble shooting, service issues, etc. as needed.Lead a team of Customer Experience Specialists, which focus on customer relationships at various branches.Participate in local and regional trade associates to create and further develop company's presence in the marketplace.?Skills and Knowledge:Demonstrated marketing and sales skills.Possess knowledge of the turf grass industry, products, and customers.Must be a motivated, self-starter with strong communication, organization and negotiation skills.Basic computer skills – MS Office: Excel, Word, OutlookMaintain market awareness of trends and impacts they may have on our customers and product offerings.Embrace Change and commit to continuous development in order to grow professionally.Always positive whatever it takes attitude with the confidence and passion to do your best for the customer.Grow strong relationships with Clients/Partners to gain trust, get valuable feedback and discover unmet solutions for the customer.Capable of learning and implementing new sales techniques.Constantly discover ways to increase performance by growing existing accounts and building new accounts.?
