The Territory Manager will work with dealers in Illinois to grow business and improve market share in the region. We are seeking a sales professional that has excellent business/dealer development, customer service, training and selling skills. This is an established territory ripe for great growth! What does success look like in the Territory Manager – Farm Equipment position? ? The ideal candidate will have a successful sales track record and a reputation for elevating a dealer network! ? A strong farming background with practical, hands on experience operating high horsepower tractors, farm implements, and hay tools is desired. ? Successful track record working with dealers to grow market share and improve profitability in their business. ? Experience with budgets, sales forecasting, tradeshow representation, and business planning initiatives. ? We are seeking a highly ambitious individual that wants to travel extensively, have fun, and provide excellent customer service to our dealers and customers.

Base salary in the $80,000-$100,000 range DOE plus excellent bonus structure will be provided along with benefits, vehicle, retirement, and paid expenses.
