Territory Sales Manager – Crop Nutrients

They are currently looking for a Territory Sales Manager for the Eastern Corn Belt with the bulk of the current business in IL, IN, OH and KY. This territory has an established book of business with plenty of room to grow. In this role you will be responsible for calling on and partnering with dealers, manufacturers, traders and distribution networks.This company is looking for a candidate with 2+ years of agronomy or fertilizer sales experience with preferably a Bachelor”s in Agronomy, Agriculture, Crop Science or related degree. They would also like someone who has a strong knowledge of what growers are needing and how ingredients and products can make an impact. At the same time understanding logistics and when to buy to ensure customers are getting the best price.The owner and management have done a tremendous job is building an outstanding reputation and are looking for a like-minded person to help continue in the growth and lasting career. You are given the freedom and flexibility to create and do what is needed to grow your territory. If decisions need to be made, they are made quickly with your input.This company offers a base salary between $70,000 and $80,000 with an uncapped commission earning potential and full benefits.
