Territory Sales Manager – Farm EquipmentOutstanding opportunity for a Farm Equipment Territory Sales Manager covering Minnesota and the Dakotas. This Territory Sales Manager will lead dealer development and sales efforts in this region. The person we are looking for will be skilled in negotiation, sales, problem solving, communication and management using strong interpersonal relationships developed within an existing territory. Working from a home-based office, this person will be a self- starter with self-discipline to coordinate a schedule that will provide the ultimate promotion of products within the assigned territory. This person will partner with our dealers to grow market share. In this role you will recruit and train dealers.  You will be responsible for building market share, collections, sales forecasting, business planning, and managing a budget.What do you need to be successful in the Territory Sales Manager position?The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high mechanical aptitude, and a crop production agriculture background.You will have a passion for identifying, recruiting, and developing a dealer channel.You will have extensive farm equipment dealer contacts in Minnesota and the Dakotas.You must have a passion for innovative farm equipment with the ability to sell added value and ROI.A hands-on approach in assisting dealers with demonstration of equipment for the customer is desired.We are seeking a highly ambitious individual that wants to travel heavily, have fun, and provide excellent customer service to our dealers and customers.Why should you check this Territory Sales Manager job out?Reputable, growing, and innovative companyGreat territory that is establishedStrong product support and company backingBase salary ($70K) + bonus structure will be provided along with OUTSTANDING benefits, vehicle, retirement, and paid expenses.
