Territory Sales Manager – FloridaWe are needing an experienced individual?to manage a territory in the state?of Florida for plant nutrition and micro nutrient products.???Our client is a growing Plant Nutrition Company with a good base in the area.??They have a nice diversity of primary nutrients and micro nutrients.??The ideal candidate for this role would have experience selling and marketing this product in the region, have a strong agronomy background and a solid understanding of plant nutrition. ?Key Responsibilities for the Territory Sales Manager:Maintains and establishes key relationships with distribution, growers/end-users, and industry within assigned territoryCreates and implements sales and marketing plans for territory including planning, promotions, equipment strategies and budget preparationMeets budgeted volume and margin numbers?Key Requirements for the Territory Sales Manager:Bachelor?s Degree in Agriculture or equivalent is requiredFive plus years of direct sales to agricultural distribution or growers/end-users is preferredAn understanding of crop nutritional programs for the major agricultural and specialty crops in the area is requiredMust be able to travel territoryGood driving recordDevelops strategies to achieve organizational goals?Job Keywords:?
