We are seeking a professional like you to serve as a Territory Sales Manager, based out of Washington to manage accounts in your territory and meet specified targets by creating value for the existing customer base, and prospecting for new customers with products, services, and/or solution from BASF. Primary sales responsibility to identify and develop new business through an existing distribution customer base on a daily basis and lead the development of customer relationships at all levels. Perform all necessary sales and marketing activities for both residential and commercial market segments involving core and strategic growth in such a manner as to facilitate sales to end-users. Responsible for identifying customer needs, forecasting sales and developing relationships with key decision makers.Formula for Success:Leveraging your professional background in sales, you will identify and develop new business through an existing distribution customer base in addition to new accounts and lead the development of customer relationships at all levels.You will perform all necessary sales and marketing activities for both residential and commercial market segments involving core and strategic growth in such a manner as to facilitate sales to end-users.You will identify customer needs, forecast sales, and develop relationships with key decision-makers.You will support corporate sales and marketing initiatives and generate new business within existing customer base by introducing new products and reviewing customer KPIs.You will engage in account analysis and provide both leadership and training for distributor partners to enhance performance within each distinctive market area.Create Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer You?
