GHW USA focus on animal nutrition products: Annual production capacities: Choline chloride (220,000 MT), Betaine (20,000 MT), Trace Mineral Premix (50,000 MT). Duties of the Territory SalesWe are looking for a Territory Sales Representative to help us increase sales and address customer needs and identify local business opportunities and challenges.•             Building the business within the territory using a variety of sales techniques.•             developing and expanding the business of animal feed additives products and Iodine Derivatives products in territory.•             Cold calling companies (feed mills, distributors, farms) within the territory and establishing needs.•             Targeting potential customers and assessing opportunities for sales.•             Reporting on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)•             Arranging meetings with potential customers.•             Analyzing competitor activities in the region and assessing opportunities for business development.•             Networking with businesses in the territory and building relationships.•             Attending relevant industry events and conferences to build the business.•             maintaining close relationships with clients to achieve consistent growth in sales and margin within each account.•             Working closely with other territory sales and director.•             Keeping up to date with industry news to identify opportunities for new business.•             Territory includes traveling to Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee Qualification and Experiences•             Bachelor degree. Major in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Nutrition, Animal Husbandry/Science, Chemical or similar will be a plus.•             Familiarity with our industry is a plus•             Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.•             High level of self-motivation and the ability to work in an unsupervised capacity while maintaining focus•             Outstanding presentation, selling and negotiating skills.•             This role requires a high level of flexibility and a willingness to travel domestically. We offer:•             A solid base salary.•             Health insurance•             Car allowance for business trip with your personal car.•             Voice&data reimbursement.
