Territory Sales Representative
?JOB SUMMARYThe NHC Territory Sales Representative will optimize retail sales to end user CLAAS / Lexion agriculture equipment in assigned territory.? Position will develop sales territory for future growth and maintain relationships within dealer guidelines and provide after sales product follow-up and support equipment operations as needed.?ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSResponsible for the retail sales and promotion of products and relationship building within the dealership assigned territoryMonitoring of competitive activitiesImplementation of marketing toolsSelling of features and benefits rather than discounts ?Value Selling?Extra consideration in used machinery retailsCoordination of training effortsRelationship management of customer / dealer, including factory visitsProvide continuous liaison / feedback from territory to dealerAchieve and/or exceed annual marketing planAchieve goals within allocated budget guidelinesAdheres to safety regulations and company policiesDemonstrates regular and punctual attendance at the assigned work location?OTHER FUNCTIONSOther Projects as assigned by managementInitiate / implement action as needed with prior approval?REQUIREMENTS4 year College Degree in Agriculture or related fieldMinimum of 2 years experience in application, adjustment, setting and operation of farm equipment.Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or marketing capacity with agricultural equipment manufacturer preferredFarming background preferredMust be familiar with Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and remote computer loginWillingness to travel extensivelyValid driver?s license required with verifiably continued safe driving historyMust have excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent problem analysis and problem solving skill setMust be a self starter and motivator with excellent time management skillsKnowledge of CLAAS products and retail finance process a plus?WORKING CONDITIONS:Typical dealership repair/office/field environment.?
