Job Description:Experience-Education (Required):Minimum of 2 years working in a food service establishment kitchen or graduate of an accredited Culinary Arts Program plus 1 year working in a food service establishment kitchen at a Junior level.Would also consider a college student (Junior year) in a Culinology program. Competencies-Skills (Required):Demonstrate a true passion for cooking, food and flavors.Demonstrate a strong background in basic food service culinary techniques and cooking methods.Equal interest in the science of cooking and the artistic elements of cooking- CulinologyExcellent attention to detailsUnderstand the safe –operation procedures of standard food service equipmentGood written and verbal communication skillsThe ability and desire to taste, critique and provide honest feedback on a variety of food service products, recipes and ingredients throughout the work day.
