Various locationsThis is an exempt position Position Summary:The Test lead will work closely with Project Managers, Project Leads, IT Business Analysts, Business Users, and Developers to successfully complete testing projects. Projects will include test automation, new functionality in development, ongoing maintenance enhancements and bug fixes. The Test lead will plan, organize, train and prepare metrics reports on global testing projects using standard processes and tools. This position can be located in any Global IT hub in North America, South America, EMEA or APAC.Job Responsibilities:Work with Project Leaders to complete the test plan including:Define test cycles based on project risk and complexityHelp define test start and completion datesCreate Entry and exit Criteria documentation and get approvedPrepare test kickoff meeting and presentationPrepare and give training for testing processes and toolsCreate daily metrics reports and dashboard for testingMonitor test case creationAssist with identification of IT and Business resources for testingReport any delay or missing of scheduled testingCommunication with all levels of Management, Business Users and TestersJob Requirements:Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years? experience managing multiple concurrent work streams, documenting processes, and leveraging best-suited methodologies and practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead, manage and interact professionally with a diverse team of resources.Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to problems and issues.Experience in creating and utilizing Process Flow, Use Case, Project Plan, and other deliverables.Experience with testing processes and testing tools preferred.If no experience with testing processes and tools, then eperience with Application Development life cycle can be considered.Relocation assistance is available with this position.
