Position Purpose & Summary
As the?TGRC (Technology, Governance, Risk & Control) Product Development and Delivery Lead, you provide global technology governance risk and control leadership with a focus on delivering and governing toolsets and services that span broad areas of cybersecurity.? This leader will be accountable for successfully delivering services that enable the effective detection and response to security issues, enabling productive usage of technology systems across the breadth of Cargill and integration of security into agile working methodologies.? In addition, the leader is accountable to accelerate the integration of a new identity platform, toolsets, and building out insider threat and security analytics capability.
The TGRC Product Development and Delivery Lead is accountable for driving the evolution of the security services model to embrace rapid development of business systems and opportunities.? These areas will span across infrastructure security, architectures and identity.? This role will need to drive adoption between traditional methods of information security as well as those that focus within cloud technologies, infrastructure/platform as a service and internet of things adoptions.?
Automation of security services will be a key area of leadership in this role. Leveraging open source and commercial, off the shelf toolsets, this role will drive the expansion of security services to embrace and drive a culture that leverages security as a built in component and enablement of self-service components.
The Product Development and Delivery Lead will also be accountable for working cross functionally with IT teams, third party service providers and operational technology teams to drive integration of security toolsets at the core of the service layer.? This will also encompass driving automation through configuration management systems to build in security and ensure continuous compliance across disparate technologies and compute environments.
The TGRC Product Development and Delivery Lead is accountable for all aspects of their team?s strategy, delivery of services, maintaining quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include:

Partner with the Chief Information Security Officer, Global IT leadership and finance functions, to develop the TGRC budget to accomplish agreed strategies, plans and objectives.
Develop the strategy and structure for Cargill?s Identity & Access Management strategy in alignment with the Cargill Technology Risk and Control risk framework, organizational guidelines, policies, standards and procedures.
Coordinate the communication of the strategy, policies and processes globally with Cargill IT Leadership, TGRC team members and other key
Enterprise and Function stakeholders.
As part of the Leadership Team, drive future strategy.
Plan and develop the TGRC budget in conjunction with TGRC leaders to accomplish agreed strategies, plans and objectives.
Leverage best practices and defined frameworks to tailor information security strategy to the Enterprises and Functions.?
Accountability for outcomes of security tools within managed services as well as drive continuous improvement in the security space.35%?Execution
Deliver and Govern identity platform, including integration with application & infrastructure technology stacks.
Define approach for integration of agile working methodologies to support broader Global IT needs.
