Insight?FS is part of the GROWMARK System, an agricultural cooperative serving more than 100,000 customers across North America and Ontario, Canada.?PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT?Responsible for training employees on the Agvance system and developing training material.??ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS?Leads, plans, develops and/or implements training on the Agvance System by assessing training needs for Managers, Administrative Assistants and other employees utilizing the system?Coordinates training topics, material and logistics for employees of Insight FS utilizing the Agvance System?Develop training material as a source of reference for employees on different aspects of the system?Resolve questions related to the Agvance system through one-on-one discussions or group discussions?Work closely with Location Administrative Assistants by providing Agvance System support??OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS?Follows GROWMARK?s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply?Will be required to travel to Insight FS locations as needed to provide training and support?Performs all other duties as assigned??REQUIREMENTS?Normally requires a high school diploma, or the equivalent thereof, and/or 1-2 years of related work experience to demonstrate knowledge and skills regarding propane systems?Must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of the Agvance System?Understanding and experience training and developing others?Proven ability to work independently and in a team-orientated environment?Occasionally required to lift 21-50 lbs.?Proven professional communications, presentation, persuasion and facilitation skills?Demonstrated essential abilities, business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development?Must have and maintain a valid driver?s license and a satisfactory driving record?Must be willing to travel independently and overnight as needed?Ability to work hours other than those considered normal?Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK?s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position??We are an equal opportunity employer, including protected veterans and qualified individuals with disabilities.
