Quincy, FLWhere the Chemistry HappensWe are seeking a talented professional like you to maintainand improve the unit?s training and learning programs. This includes thedevelopment, implementation, and documentation of all training curriculums, andserving as the unit Learning & Development Coordinator. You will developand implement projects to improve the unit?s manufacturing processes, usingstatistical methods and lean tools to analyze process data and improveproductivity, reliability, and quality. Additionally, you will hold primaryresponsibility for unit standard operating procedures (SOP).Formulafor Success  ?      Asan expert in SuccessFactors and using your strong computer skills (specificallyin Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Minitab, Microsoft Projectand SAP preferred), you will ensure that training (including procedureintegrity) is consistent, up to date, and effective ? including fieldevaluations. ?     Yoursuperior interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) willbe essential as you deliver critical live training across all teams to ensuretraining consistency within the unit. You will also manage and conduct annualfit testing for operations teams and provide all new employee training(including feedback sessions at predefined intervals to evaluate effectivenessof training and progress of the employee).?     Workingeffectively on your own, you will develop content for unit training, bothspecific (e.g., JSA, critical procedures) and general (e.g., fundamentals of attapulgiteclay, safety and environmental), including video when appropriate.  ?     Yourfirm commitment to compliance will be evident as you coordinate training withsite/external training providers to ensure compliance.?     Yourproficiency in Lean Six Sigma tools, including Value Stream Mapping, will serveyou well for leading teams in identifying areas of focus for optimal return oninvestment. ?     Successfully engaging across the business, you will work with the Quality & ContinuousImprovement Leader in the development and execution of the long-term OpEx plan.?     Usingyour capability of delivering Yellow Belt overview training, you will leadYellow Belt-trained employees (typically operators and lab technicians) onprojects to develop their skills and ensure success in learning and results. ?     Servingas a role model by applying statistical process control and problem-solvingtechniques, you will have an Advisor role for a group of employees as theircapabilities grow.?     Leveragingyour technical/vocational training or AS/BS Degree in a technical field (preferred)and your experience working in a manufacturing environment, you will manage theannual review processes, continually developing a unit brand for tying allprocedures into an increasingly recognizable and coherent whole.
