This position is responsible for identifying the training needs of personnel at all levels in the complex.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to recommending appropriate new directions for training and organizational development activities based on the business objectives of the complex; manage and monitor performance of the hourly trainees, AHTs, and personnel within the training department; maintain and update all training, orientation materials and records within the department; monitor daily paper flow for accuracy and completion; manage the safety performance of all training department personnel. REQUIREMENTS:Education: Bachelor?s degree preferred or equivalent combination or education and experience. Experience: 3+ years.
Previous training experience and production experience preferred. Computer Skills: Standard computer skills. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Special Skills:Ability to make decisions independently and display sound judgment and leadership skills; self-motivated with ability to innovate new concepts; effectively work with all levels of management; supervisory skills preferred.
