Position Summary:The NA Global Business Services Center has an opening for a full-time Travel Analyst in the Decatur office. This job will have flexible hours able to accommodate most schedules. You will be responsible for the management and execution of continuous improvement projects within the current Shared Services processes.Job Requirements:High School DiplomaBachelor?s Degree PreferredTraining in travel, tourism, or corporate expense management is a plusIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) including formulas, graphs, databases, and data analysis.Ability to understand, navigate, and utilize SharePoint and related applications.Thorough knowledge and experience with internal ADM systems including IBM (APGO), Concur, JDE, etc.Ability to understand and document an end-to-end process, including process flow mapping, time studies, and analysis of improvement opportunities.Ability to identify, implement, and deeply analyze metrics specifically related to travel data, compliance data, and payables/expense data.A deep understanding of controls and how to identify potential points of risk in a process.Ability to function in a deadline oriented environment with multiple opposing priorities.Ability to function independently, identifying problems and opportunities for improvement combined with the ability to propose and implement feasible solutions.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including formal written communications, presentations, and channeling discussions/meetings effectively.Strong organization and prioritization skills.Excellent Customer Service skills and written & verbal communication.Conscientious and desire to learn with a positive attitude.Minimal travel may be requiredJob Responsibilities:Implement policies and programs for corporate travel & expense globallyAnalyze data, trends, benchmarks and standard methodologies, serves as a subject matter expert on travel related information/regulations for North America. Partner with leadership, to ensure alignment between travel and business needs/wants vs. policy and compliance requirements.Handle compliance of standard company programs, credit card, and spend procedures through report analysis and vendor partneringDeliver customer service related to inquiries from our ADM colleagues/travelers related to Travel planning, expense reporting, and Corporate Card administration. Utilize and analyze dashboards, metric reports, and other tools as neededImplement process improvement initiatives within Travel & Expense process, with a continual focus on standardization, efficiencies, and cost reduction initiatives.Participate and implement Travel & Expense projects to implement new technology when warranted.Effectively plan to define outcomes, identify changes, and implement solutions Ensure compliance with all ADM policies and proceduresPartner closely with Global Business Services leadership and management teams to work to establish priorities, find opportunities, and establish a plan for implementation of improvementsWork closely with Global Business Services business partners to understand and document requirements and set service level expectationsClose interaction with multiple levels of accounting, IT, Internal Audit, and commercial and operational management.Special projects as neededRelocation assistance is available with this position.
