Description?JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSEThe job of the Treasury Manager is to manage the banking and cash management operations of SGI and FGS including cash forecasting, and investment & debt management. Other duties include supporting the annual insurance renewal, debt compliance reporting, treasury reporting and treasury projects, as assigned.?ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIESManage and report the daily cash positions for Sunkist and Fruit Growers Supply Co. Manage cash investments and line of credit borrowings.Prepare, update and manage the short-term cash forecasts and work with the businesses to improve flow and accuracy of forecast information. Report and analyze variances.Support management of long-term cash forecast; provide cash actuals data and review variances.Support the Treasury Director in the annual insurance renewal and annual insurance audits.Prepare quarterly debt compliance reports and develop working knowledge of debt covenants.Manage all bank accounts including open/close, KYC requirements, FBAR and authorized signers. Review bank fees and banking practices and make savings recommendations when possible.Manage online banking portals, run???bank statements and reports.Support accounting with posting of treasury related journals entries, and audit requests.Manage principal & interest, insurance and other debt related payments.Identify process improvements to optimize treasury processes and cash/debt management.Support or manage department projects as assigned.Maintains regular and timely attendance.?OTHER DUTIESPerform other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit, including special projects.Maintains reports, records, and files for all treasury activities.Maintain a neat work area, professional appearance and personal conduct at all times.Attends meetings as requested.?MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications/Licenses, Experiences, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.MBA in Finance desired. Friday.
