Zoetis” strong market position provides the opportunity to deliver unique and novel service solutions to better integrate with our customer base of veterinarians, livestock producers and dairy farms to assist them in their operations to be more efficient, effective and improve their operating costs. In this role, you are responsible for: 1) tracking the services that are sold; 2) ensuring services that are delivered are paid for and 3) coordinating the logistics and outreach associated with service delivery. This will require coordination with finance, sales, customer service and customers. You additionally may be called upon to conduct vendor/partner management, support client communications, analyze data, organizing training manuals or materials, and provide general office and client support. The Business Analyst reports directly to the Head of U.S. Services but may also be assigned tasks by other members of the team.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and maintain a standard set of metrics/ measurements and reports to track sales by service type, species, salesperson, etc. and conduct impact analysis * Working with finance and customer service, ensuring contracts are signed, services are delivered and payments are received. * Ongoing optimization of logistics and sales backend processes to improve internal and customer experiences. * Communication with attendees related to class timing, expectations, and logistics. * Providing regular updates as required to management. QUALIFICATIONS
* 7 years providing logistics and/or event management coordination * Experience managing contracts and third-party vendors * Bachelor”s degree required
