UCC Senior Professional ? Voice Analyst
Position Purpose & SummaryThis role acts as a highly technical professional and provides global strategy on Cargill PBX, Conferencing, recording and QoS technologies. Candidates for this position are expected to have proficient technical knowledge in these areas and have exposure and experience in key roles on large and complex projects. This job requires a candidate with business knowledge and strong technical knowledge who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization, provide strategic direction, lead and mentor others, drive results, and provide process expertise with limited coaching and direction, thus allowing them to make challenging decisions as they will identify inconsistencies and opportunities in the strategy.??Principal Accountabilities40% Process & Solution Design:? Acts as a voice technology subject matter expert (SME) across a moderate range of capabilities/solutions.? Applies proficient understanding of technology and solution management to determine and recommend strategic investments and improvement opportunities.? Work with the UCC Manager, Cargill architecture advisors, and various providers on architecture reviews, and solution selection on a collection of projects or programs of varying complexity? with limited oversight and guidance.? Provide guidance and architectural oversight during requirements, design, build, and test phases.? Work across regions to identify and resolve issues and manage inter-dependencies between integration points.? Recognizes and evaluates complex risks and issues.? Designs appropriate mitigating controls.? Create strategic solution designs across process, data, and technology that meet business & enterprise requirements.? Work with the Provider to assure common tower infrastructure deployment globally.?? Stay in touch with external technology developments within the technology tower to take advantage of industry innovations and emerging practices.? Create sustainable operating budgets and discover opportunities to trim run rates?25% Analysis & Requirements Gathering:??? Identify inconsistencies in the Provider solution in the regions and escalate the exceptions for approval.? Provide operational analysis of the technology; identifying opportunities for improving the service.? Proactively identify, assess and prioritize technology needs, clearly eliciting, translating, and documenting business, functional and non-functional requirements.?? Effectively facilitate discussions with stakeholders and leaders to drive out clear business requirements for complex, unclear, or large-scale business problems.??25% Relationship Management:? Provides Region and Provider oversight on the implementation of the technology.? Confer with stakeholders and leadership members to ensure solutions are implemented consistently.? Create strategic relationships with technology teams, industry experts/associations, and the managed services provider.? Advise and counsel leaders on solution options while ensuring cohesion with the overall strategy.10% Other:? Reviews the work plan, schedule, budget, and required personnel for complex solutions.? Change agent and collaboration leader that enables delivery across a global team.? Lead complex change management efforts..The position may be able to be based remotely, with ideal candidate being in close proximity to an airport.?Skills:
Required Qualifications? Bachelor?s Degree in IT or Business Related field or 10 years of equivalent work experience.? 5 years of IT work experience in the voice / unified communication space? Experience with Microsoft Skype and Cisco?s voice platformsApply for this job.
