Used Equipment Remarketing Manager
AGCO is currently seeking a Used Equipment Remarketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Duluth, GA. The Used Equipment Remarketing Manager will mainly be responsible for providing remarketing best practices to dealers through used equipment market research and analysis. Additionally, the Used Equipment Remarketing Manager will support dealers by providing trainings on AGCO tools, systems, and programs that push AGCO?s used remarketing efforts.?Note: Relocation assistance is available to the Duluth, GA area.?Responsibilities of the Used Equipment Remarketing Manager:Ensure the dealers have an annual sales and marketing plan in place for remarketing used equipment that comply with the AGCO used remarketing published dealer playbookProvide dealers with used equipment market analysis to help them create customer lists, value used equipment, and implement a used equipment valuation method and processProvide dealers with territory-specific ideas to best market used equipment through the use of marketing/advertising campaigns and utilizing co-op advertising fundsTrain dealers on AGCO?s tools and systems available to support Used Remarketing efforts (UER dealer playbook, CPO program, Used Pool?), and ensure the dealers are taking full advantage of the AGCO provided programs and toolsMonitor used equipment inventory levels and resale values and ensure it meets AGCO?s KPI guidelinesEnsure the dealers are reporting all used equipment sales to Iron Solutions through the use of Machine LocatorWork with third parties to enhance dealer?s go to market capabilities through websites and wholesale channels (Tractor House, Ritchie Brothers?)Collaborate with multiple functions within the marketing, sales, parts, service and finance department to make sure the UER strategy is well executedSupport the planning and execution in the Wholegoods functions of the AGCO Protection ProgramLead and manage the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program and drive its adoption through the dealer network Incentive Plan?Required Qualifications of the Used Equipment Remarketing Manager:A minimum of 3 years of experience remarketing heavy machinery with a multi-location dealer, an OEM, or an auction houseA minimum of 3 years of experience assessing and valuing heavy machineryA minimum of 1 year experience in project management?Preferred Qualifications of the Used Equipment Remarketing Manager:Previous experience in the agriculture industry?Education of the Used Equipment Remarketing Manager:Bachelor?s degree, preferably in Ag Econ, Marketing, or BusinessApply for this job.
