Utilizes technical and analytical skills to drive departmental performance and partners with other functions to meet and or exceed annual business plan.? ??Driving the mindsets and behaviors that support a safety first ? quality always culture.Incorporate Operational Excellence initiatives and practices into all day to day operations.Submit capital and expense budgets for approval.Manage day to day departmental production schedule.Coaching, development and feedback to all departmental employeesLead multi-functional project teams.Strong partnership and communication with Operations, QA/QC, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and other areas.Proper documentation and use of HR processes.Provided technical support during internal and external inspections.Develop mid/long term resource requirement planning.Participate in personnel selection.Comply with all company regulatory standards.Assist in driving a culture of change and employee engagement.??Basic Qualifications ?? ?Bachelor's degree Microbiology, Engineering, or related science degree3 years in biologics productionQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
