Vaccine Services Representative
The Vaccine Services Representative provides valued customer service to poultry vaccine customers by delivering services, equipment, and expertise in the U.S. to meet financial and business objectives as identified with our customers and the Poultry Business Unit. Roles and Responsibilities:Be the face in the customers facilities and provide high quality customer service.Understand the customers, their business and their goals/strategies with the use of vaccines.Able to communicate with the customers at the live management and vaccine application levels.Focus on consistently improving the customer experience related to correctly handling and applying the poultry vaccines.Understand the correct handling and application of the vaccines.Understand how to best deliver the vaccines through hatchery spray cabinets, sprayers, etc.Coordinate the equipment needs and requests from the commercial team and customers to ensure vaccine customers have the correct equipment at the right time to maximize the value of the product.Manage inventories of equipment and ensure timely response to requests for equipment from customers.Set up and manage preventative maintenance programs and trainings with the guidance of the technical team and account manager to ensure customers are getting the most value from the vaccines, consistently.Provide vaccine assessments to ensure accurate delivery of all vaccines.Execute preventative maintenance to ensure accuracy of the application.Communication and feedback via assessments to the PBU account manager to help customers continuously improve handling and application of vaccines.Communicate opportunities to grow business or improve customer experience.Participate in certain meetings to communicate progress and updates. Basic Requirements:Good contacts within the Poultry industryWorking knowledge of vaccination equipment and ability to troubleshoot.Effective and timely communication skills; both written and oralAbility to learn and articulate technical information.Self starter, motivated and enthusiasm for building and growing a business.Embraces change and has a strong ability to troubleshoot.Proficient computer skills.
