Vegetables Supply Chain Project Manager – #01F4J
The Vegetables Supply Chain Project Manager has accountability for the execution of specific cross-functional projects in our Supply Chain Organization. Successful projects are defined by:- Timely Completion- Within Budget- Acceptance of deliverables by stakeholders and users- Meeting project objectives This role will work closely with IT, Production, Production Planning, Global Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Customer Care, Commercial Operations & Optimization teams. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, strong in results orientation, able to recognize and understand the links and nuances between functions, and able to work with people from different backgrounds. It will require superior communication (written, oral and presentation) negotiation and influencing skills.
There is a strong need to exercise a collaborative leadership style to influence change while maintaining good working relationships. Degree preference is in Business, Engineering, Agriculture or Supply Chain- Minimum 5 years experience in leading complex, cross functional projects- People Management Experience- PMI,
