SummaryDirects, administer and coordinate sales and service team of the Company in support of policies, goals and objectives established by supervisor.? ?Evaluate Sales Department and makes changes as necessary to ensure continued growth. May assist in high-level sales projects for their company and/or provide support ensuring that negotiations are completed smoothly.? Achieves desired results by following duties personally or through subordinate managers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities?Include the following; other duties may be assigned.Develop and maintain relationships with internal/external customers and distribution partners.Ensure sales information and sales reports are complete and accurate.Effectively evaluate and manage contracts with distribution partners and customers.Develop and manage a sustainable sales engine within company sales function.Develop and manage an accurate and updated sales forecasting model that feeds the sales engine activities.Ensure that sales team delivers or exceeds the sales plan supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.Build, train and retain a highly effective and productive sales team.Tenaciously protect the brand, image and reputation of Oliver Manufacturing Company.?Supervisory ResponsibilitiesManages subordinate supervisors in the Sales Department and Service Department. ?Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Supervises non-supervisory employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
