You will have the opportunity to participate in a number of AgriBank committees related to credit and collateral quality and will work closely with the Relationship Management team to meet the needs of affiliated Associations, while balancing AgriBank supervisory responsibilities.?Other duties include:Lead wholesale lending activities related to credit, including loan renewals, line of credit amendments, prior approval actions and other credit servicing actions for Direct Loans to AssociationsProvide direction to staff in wholesale loan collateral monitoring and wholesale loan approval activitiesProvide leadership, direction, and oversight of direct reportsDevelop and maintain excellent working relationships with association management and internal reviewers,other AgriBank departments and other Farm Credit System entitiesProvide Credit and Committee leadership by fostering a strong credit quality culture at AgriBank and throughout the District and by participating in projects, bank-wide initiatives, and various committeesCommunicate with Farm Credit Administration to stay abreast of regulatory changes and share pertinent information about wholesale lending activitiesParticipate in Farm Credit System credit risk committee activities?Minimum QualificationsBachelor?s degree in finance, economics, business administration, agri-business, accounting or related field10 years of lending, credit review, credit analysis, work out and/or related experience5 years of supervisory experienceOr an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the jobRequired Knowledge and SkillsExpert skill at large and complex credit analysis and underwritingExpert wholesale and commercial credit judgmentExpert knowledge of portfolio risk management conceptsExpert customer service skills, including the ability to communicate complicated information, deliver bad news effectively, and exceed customer expectationsWorking knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Working knowledge of Farm Credit Administration or other banking regulationsWorking knowledge of District/association lending policies and proceduresSkill in selecting, managing, coaching, motivating and developing a client-oriented credit teamSkill in applying Farm Credit Administration regulations and Federal laws related to lendingSkill in planning and coordinating large/complex projects involving multiple stakeholdersSkill in negotiating complex agreements to achieve the best outcome for the organizationSkill in analyzing, integrating and documenting the business needs of multiple stakeholdersResponsible to appropriately protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of AgriBank?s systems and data.?TRAVEL: ?????????????
