VP of Sales – AgricultureThis is an exciting opportunity to join an amazing company to help grow their product line and sales efforts across the US. They currently have good market share and their products are known and recognized as excellent products. They provide products and services across North and South America in several market segments. This role will focus primarily on the Ag and Post-Harvest segments, and there is tremendous opportunity to oversee other departments as well. Key Responsibilities for the VP of Sales:Identify new market opportunitiesEstablish strategy; develop and execute solid plans for product introduction and market acceptance and growthEvaluate and implement new sales incentive plans, dealer incentives etc.; bring new fresh ideas to the tableKeep up on market trends, opportunities, competition, etc. Set pricing and revenue profitabilityKey Requirements of the VP of Sales: Senior level executive with solid experience in distributor relationships Executive management experience MS Degree in Agriculture, desirable Strong operational and sales experience would be a plus 10+ years’ experience in industry in crop protection
