Where the Chemistry Happens? Warehouse Technician (1901797) ? Battle Creek, MI The Warehouse Technician receives, stores, anddistributes raw materials, equipment and supplies. Reads work orders, shippingorders or requisitions to determine items to be moved or distributed. Thetechnician is also responsible for the following?Fills requisitions or requests for materials to beshipped and assembles customer orders from stock. Moves incoming or outgoing stock to or from racks,shelves, or other storage locations according to predetermined directions andplan. Places product in shipping containers, on pallets, ordrums and prepares for pick up. Prepares all required labels and attaches them tocontainers. Records weight if necessary and documents orders forinventory purposes. Maintains accurate incoming and outgoing shipping andreceiving records.Uses forklift, hand truck or other identifiedequipment necessary to move products around.
