Position Summary:ADM is seeking a laborer for warehouse operations at our American River Transportation Company (ARTCo) terminal in St. Louis, MO.Job Responsibilities:Operation of delivery truck to various work locationsLoading/unloading of supplies on docksMaintain truck in state of readiness and cleanliness to company standardsAssist in maintaining inventory of parts and suppliesRe-stocking of incoming supplies to appropriate storageCompleting boat ordersCommunicate with managers when orders are receivedComplete inventory counts and receiving electronicallyGeneral housekeeping of all storage areas and, including cleaning and maintaining inventory organizationMake local parts runs as need and daily mail runsReport all injuries, illnesses, near misses, damage or other issues timelyAdditional duties and responsibilities as required or requestedJob Requirements:Ability to follow direction and execute tasks under the supervision of the shift leads and managers with minimal supervisionMust hold or be able to obtain a Class E license. If you do not already have a Class E license, you must apply for one within 30 days of accepting the positionMust be able to operate a fork lift with training provided by the CompanyWorking knowledge river systems knowledge including, but not limited to, reading and understanding boat trafficWorking knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and WordReading and writing skills sufficient to comprehend/complete a variety of documentsAbility to work in a flexible schedule; must allow for changes in assignments, and priorities depending upon identified needs of the operationsAbility to work well independently as well as part of a teamMust be able to work in all types of environments indoors and outdoorsPromote the ADM Way and core ValuesMust have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and proceduresAbility to work extended hours, evenings, weekends and Holidays
