We Care Coach
SUMMARY:This position's primary focus will be to ensure that our locations have the necessary skills for continual improvement in our safety culture. Utilizing our internal “WE CARE” process, a Tyson- Enterprise initiative, to further define, and refine, our safety culture that leads to a behavioral climate within a company that promotes, rewards, and controls safety making it a part of business throughout the plant. As well as proactively identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring sustainment of the process after implementation. This position would be responsible for teaching, leading and coaching the location management teams the principles of the “We Care” program. Providing WE CARE safety classroom training/support for all Tyson locations and the corporate office for the Health & Safety team. Other duties include but are not limited to the creation of training documentation, exercises, PowerPoints, and process flows.REQUIREMENTS:Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations management and/or adult education.Experience: 3 + years' preferred with facilitation and/or safety experience.Computer Skills: Intermediate PC skills.Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.Special Skills: Ability to create written documentation; strong attention to detail; organizational skills required; ability to observe and understand processes; ability towork with and depend on others to complete assignments; knowledge of project management concepts.Supervisory: NoneTravel: Up to 75% travel is requiredTo view a full job description and submit your resume for consideration, click APPLY TO THIS POSITION below and follow the prompts.Apply for this job.
