Western Territory Manager
Internationally-owned agronomy services company headquartered in Washington is hiring a Western Regional Manager to drive profit and sales volume within the Western US. The company aims to improve crop yields for producers by combining advanced research and technology with an in-field agronomy support team to provide accurate advice to growers. Through the excellent development and management of a Western US territory-driven sales organization, maintenance of strong customer relationships and the deployment of product and sales promotions, the Western Regional Manager will focus on the already established region of the Pacific Northwest, and lead growth into CA and other Western US states. The Western Territory Manager should reside in the Pacific NW or California. Key Responsibilities: Development and achievement of regional sales targetsMaintenance and improvement of key customer relationshipsMarket and competitor feedbackManagement and leadership of peopleCost, cash management and forecastingInput to and implementation of national sales and marketing initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing required. Will consider other degrees with related field sales experience.Demonstrated success in agricultural sales with minimum 5 years’ Western US territory management experience.Preferred previous agronomic experience with digital agricultural technology productsDemonstrated ability to sell, negotiate, influence, resolve conflict, and coach.Able to work well independently, as well as within an extended team environmentGood time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComputer literate with competency in CRM softwareApply for this job.
