Position Purpose: The Master Agronomy Advisor (MAA) position is responsible for the identification, introduction, development and long-term success of key identified growers in their assigned geography. The role involves establishment of an ongoing relationship with identified growers through working directly with and providing growers with services focused on the seed/crop protection and plant nutrition businesses. The role works directly in the Winfield USNational Sales organization. This position will work closely with team members including District Sales Managers, Regional Sales Directors, other MAAs, and other WinField support as well as the Agronomy Product and Development team.
Bachelors degree in Agriculture or Business related field with 3-5 years proven successful sales experience
Sales experience in crop inputs
Strong agricultural industry knowledge
Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Marketing experience enabling the recognition of seed sales growth opportunities driven by the interaction of seed genetics with the environment within which they are planted and the other crop inputs used on that field (crop protection and fertilizer)
Ability to work independently.
Proven ability to interact well with customers, suppliers, employees and management of all levels.
Proven ability to solve and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Ability to create and present interesting, informative and educational product presentations.

Daily travel, extended hours and overnight travel required (50% or more)
Environment: Farm machinery can be loud, fields are dusty and dirty, and weather conditions can vary from hot and humid to cold and wet.
Work in a team oriented environment to sell the entire portfolio of products and services including Seed, CPP, CN, R7 Technology, Answer Plots, etc.
Possess strong ability to coach and guide all constituents (Sellers, Growers, WinField US) on best possible business solutions to maximize yield and drive growth.
Identify and demonstrate area of expertise. (i.e. Precision Ag, Water Management, Seed Technology, etc.)
Identify clear line of communication between WinField USand Dealer.
Need to be proficient with all WinField US tools (i.e. R7 Tool, Equinox, CRM, etc.)
