The WDS will build a robust network of educators,students, parents and state government agencies, promoting BASF productionoperator jobs and championing BASF as one of America?s Best Employers.Formula for Success…Capitalizing on your relevant work experience in workforce development,employment services, recruiting, training and/or as an HR Generalist, you will:Leverage your excellent people skills and ability to build sustainablerelationships to conduct BASF job fairs, workshops, and orientation sessions toadvertise and familiarize the following regarding BASF and its opportunitiesfor operators:Middle Schools via Science Fairs, Parent & Student sessions and PlantToursHigh Schools via Junior & Senior Career Days add Plant ToursCommunity Colleges via Job Fairs and Registration and Orientation periodsImpart your knowledge and understanding of issues that affect people inthe local job market while coordinating with Community Colleges and StateGovernment Workforce Development for the successful collaboration on laying thegroundwork for the selection of new hiresCapitalize on your ability to work effectively with a diverse group ofparticipants, staff and communities administrating BASF community collegescholarships and summer internshipsTranslate your complex problem- solving skills into successfully managingoutcomes that involve multiple facets and variables in non-standardizedsituationsApply your ability to read, analyze and interpret general businessperiodicals, professional journals and technical procedures to round out yourskills as a specialist in workforce developmentCreate Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer You Adding value to our customers begins withadding value to you.
